Their blend of furious riffs, catchy lyric hooks and goofball antics soon landed them a contract with A&M in the aftermath of the Pistols' defection, and this excellent debut captures the band at their best. Songs like 'You Drive Me Ape' and 'Mental Ward' inspired audiences on both sides of the Atlantic, the album hitting the UK top 20. Absolutely unmissable for all Dickies fans and lovers of the LA punk scene!
