Whalecome (2LP) https://wpguerssen-test.odoo.rgbconsulting.com/product/whalecome-2lp/ Thu, 23 Jan 2025 23:00:00 +0000 http://guerssen.hl1097.dinaserver.com/product/whalecome-2lp/ In 1977 Satin Whale played concerts all over Germany and three concerts had been taken place in Cologne, Mönchengladbach and Hamburg. The recordings of this live double album are taken from these three concerts. The band gave everything and really rocked out. The title "Perception", already extensive on the first album Desert Places is extended to lovely 19 minutes and "Hava Nagila" based on a Hebrew folksong offers nearly 18 minutes of musical digression. The few titles, taken from third studio album "As A Keepsake" demonstrate the rock qualities of the great Satin Whale live performances. Double album comes with story and was remastered from recordings out of the archive of Warner Music Germany. For the first time on vinyl Whalecome is a great live double album featuring on more than 80 minutes the great musical abilities of the musicians on their instruments performing the best tracks of the first three studio albums. Limited Edition ; A truly great live album!
