Richard Soutar fue uno de los primeros artistas de la costa este en escribir, grabar y publicar sus propios \u00e1lbumes. En 1976, \u00e9l mismo lanz\u00f3 una joya de disco llamado \u00abLavender Daydreams\u00bb, seguido de \u00abEpisodes\u00bb en 1979.
