In 1982, the mysterious Steve Hall, a self-proclaimed “hippie-punk” who had previously released a couple of D.I.Y basement-punk albums with his band Afflicted Man, recorded one of the most obscure, underrated and KILLER heavy-psych albums of all time. Credited to High Speed & Afflicted Man, “Get Stoned Ezy” consists of three long tracks of late 60s / early 70s influenced psychedelic hard-rock. A fuzz-wah assault of epic proportions in the style of other guitar-damage Gods like Human Instinct, Wicked Lady, Hendrix, High Rise, Sabbath, Stooges, etc, all played with a real acid-punk attitude.

We present the first ever legit reissue of this lost masterpiece, licensed by Steve Hall.

Thus the ritual that started more than four decades ago, and the fire does not seem to extinguish.
Kiss is one of the most remarkable wonder in rock’s history, a band that stirs up passions and ignites the soul of teenagers -and older- with its addictive blend of hard rock, special effects, catchy tunes, lots of charisma and a sense of danger and freedom that has rarely been experienced somewhere else.
From the beginning, Kiss opted for a full blown experience, combining both Jimi Hendrix’s and Pete Townshend’s guitar-breaking antics and the fire-throwing performance (once patented by Arthur Brown), with Alice Cooper’s horror theatrics and the glamour of bands like Slade or Sweet.
It was once said that the group wanted to be “four Alice Cooper’s at a time” and to achieve that, they created the band’s four personalities.

“Underground And Beyond” was the debut album by cult proto-metal band LUCIFER WAS, containing songs written in 1971-72 but not recorded until 1997. Fully 70s analogue & powerful sound with devastating distorted lead guitar & flute. Imagine a cross between JETHRO TULL, BLACK SABBATH and ATOMIC ROOSTER!

Remastered sound, booklet with liner notes by Klemen Breznikar (It’s Psychedelic Baby) plus rare photos.

The band hibernated until 1996 when they reunited again for a live concert. The chemistry was still there so they entered a recording studio and recorded their first ever album, “Underground and Beyond”, in just 18 hours, featuring songs written in 1971-72. Their line-up included two flute players plus bass, drums and the killer lead guitar of Thore Engen.

During those years, they gigged locally and played at some big festivals but they never got the chance to register any recording. The band hibernated until 1996 when they reunited again for a live concert. The chemistry was still there so they entered a recording studio and recorded in just 18 hours their first ever album, “Underground and Beyond”, featuring songs written in 1971-72. Their line-up included two flute players plus bass, drums and the killer lead guitar of Thore Engen. Originally released in 1997 as a picture disc LP, here’s the first ever standard LP reissue.
